On January 16 and January 24, 2026, the Vorpal Sword Entertainment Syndicate did not just host an awards show. We made history.

The Crimson Wings Awards was a first-of-its-kind, fully VTuber-native production. Built from the ground up with custom stages, original graphics, curated performance clips, and a show identity all its own, this was never some borrowed-space event dressed up to look bigger than it was. It was a vision two years in the making, dating back to the very birth of VSES in March 2024.

This was not just a ceremony. It was proof of concept. Proof of scale. Proof that the Syndicate could build something ambitious, theatrical, and unmistakably ours.

🎭 The Showstoppers

Hosted by the incomparable Nao Doragon, M_3p.exe, and Falenous, Lady of the Lake, the two-night event was packed with standout performances and unforgettable moments.

Yumemi Dreams moved the room with the Love and Deepspace theme by Sarah Brightman. Nyssa Storm brought the warmth and atmosphere with Golden Hour by JVKE. Empress Rogue Red tore the house down with a rock cover of Heaven Knows by Rick Price and a soulful performance of Before It Sinks In by Moira dela Torre.

Between award presentations, the Syndicate also premiered the now-legendary VSES Trailer — a perfect Ford F-150 parody created by King of Maggots — along with a string of #NotSponsored fake ads featuring parody spots by Yumemi Dreams, a trailer for Terra Tan’s upcoming Virsche Evermore visual novel live dubbing, and a preview of AlphaBravo94’s Final Fantasy Fridays.

🎤 Cor Resonare DebutsThe Crimson Wings Awards also marked a major milestone for Cor Resonare, with the debut of two major cover performances.

“Bite Me” by ENHYPEN was performed by Empress Rogue Red, Aquarella Von Caelumia, Jemi Roka, and former member Chip Chet.“Your Idol” by the Saja Boys from KPop Demon Hunters closed out the event with a massive ensemble finale featuring Empress Rogue Red, King of Maggots, Yumemi Dreams, Nyssa Storm, AstralSkyBlue, and former member Mariachi Loki.

It was bold, theatrical, and exactly the kind of entrance Cor Resonare was meant to make.

🚀 Looking Ahead: The Future of VSES

The Crimson Wings Awards did not just celebrate what VSES had already achieved. It planted a flag for what comes next.

The event also served as the launchpad for major 2026–2027 announcements, including multiple new projects now in the pipeline and VSES’s official step into anime dubbing, beginning with Classroom of the Elite.

The Syndicate showed up. The community spoke. And the message was clear: this was only the beginning. Here’s to the next era.
